Our lineman training campuses offer students the most comprehensive, hands-on field training available. In addition to our classroom space, we have a variety of training grounds and real-world equipment spread out among three campuses that are just a few miles apart.
SLTC is located in Trenton, Georgia, approximately 20 miles (32 km) south of Chattanooga, Tennessee. When it comes to linework, teamwork is everything. Being on the same page while making the right choices to get the job done is key to safety and efficiency. Our Team Building day is designed to celebrate the students reaching their halfway point and learn even more about the importance of working together.
Whether helping the local food bank distribute food or coming together to learn from an expert in their field, Elevated Life sets students up for success. Personal development and community service fall right in line with one another and help our students stand out among the competition when looking for jobs.
In addition to our Elevated Life program is the opportunity for students to engage in extracurricular activities in and around Lineman Country. Some may take a weekend outing on the rivers of the Chattanooga Valley or head out to our local state park for an evening of disc golf. Either way, there is plenty to do and see!
